实木颗粒板也算是刨花板的一种，如果加了防潮颗粒的也叫防潮板。   实木颗粒板是由木材或其他木质纤维素材料制成的碎料，两边使用细密木纤维，中间夹长质木纤维，施加胶粘剂后在热力和压力作用下胶合成的人造板，以刨花板的工艺生产的板材。                        （实木颗粒板横截面）   现在的大品牌都比较喜欢用实木颗粒板，te别是用在定制豪华电动餐台上，因为颗粒板的抗变形能力，抗开裂能力高于除密度板之外的其他板材，抓合力高于密度板和部分生态板，防潮能力高于密度板，握钉力也可以。从物理性能上来说，算是适合做品牌定制类豪华电动餐台的了。品牌定制颗粒板，环保性都不算te别好，虽然勉强可以划分E1级，但如果温度稍高，封边处理又一般的话，甲醛依旧会有泄露，所以远远没有达到真正环保的标准。关键点还是在用胶上，小厂代工贴牌还是大厂制作，都逃不过这个问题。不解决源头，倒霉的还是我们消费者。★OSB欧松板   按大类分，OSB欧松板也属于刨花板。
